Vladimir Vasiliev Systema – Ground Fighting

Systema head instructor shows some fluid ground work. It’s not like Brazilian Jiu-Jutsu ground-fighting as it is more based on principles (fluidity, relaxation,…) and not on techniques. Still interesting espescially for all those martial artists who never do ground work.
