This is a perfect dvd rip for anyone wanting to learn the basics of Tai Chi. This is merely the beginning and from here on, you have a much broader range of options of advanced Tai Chi forms to look into. Anyone (including myself,) can tell you just how great Tai Chi is and the health benefits involved. I always thought of it as Yoga for people who aren’t double jointed but I don’t really care for yoga so can’t comment further on that. Anyway.. ENJOY!
