This guy does a series of mp3s to use during cardio workout. I use them whenever I go to the gym. He has music composed to integrate with the workout and it makes a serious change. I could bike 5 miles in 21 minutes and then I was pooped. Then the very next day, with this workout, I biked 13 miles in 45 minutes. It lets you zone out and be driven by the music keyed to your workout. It’s awesome.
