The quality isn’t brilliant by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s definitely watchable enough to see what’s going on clearly. I have not been able to find subtitles to it (it’s in French) but if you have any basic martial arts training it should be fairly easy to pick up what you see. This is great as a learning tool- there are LOTS of examples, and they are clearly demonstrated.
